Mobile App

Our practice has a mobile app available to our patients which offers patients the following options:

• Send and receive secure messages
• View upcoming appointments
• View account balances

To get started, simply follow these steps.

1. Click on this link and we will send you an invite to activate your account. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive the email for the initial set up. 
2. Once you receive the email to set up your account, it will prompt you to enter your existing email address and create a password. You will then be able to download the app (sample below).

It will look like this: (be sure to enter the email address you have on file with our practice and patient’s last name and date of birth). After these two steps are complete you are able to access the mobile app and login.
